EDWARD D. RE, Chief Judge. Appellant, Claude E. Atkins Enterprises, Inc., appeals from an order of the United States Claims Court, issued sua sponte, which dismissed its complaint pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Rules of the court, for failure to comply with a January 6, 1989, order of the court. The January 6 order had directed Atkins, in lieu of the pretrial procedure set forth in Appendix G of the Rules of the Claims Court, to furnish the government with a pretrial statement on the evidence to be introduced at trial.
